Township Meetings

The following are Stillwater Township standing meetings.  In addition to the meeting times stated below, special meetings may be held.  Announcement of these meetings can be found on the Township calendar or at the Stillwater Township hall.

The Public is welcome at all Township Meetings.

Township Board Meetings

Town Board meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, except for November and December.  November and December meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday only.

The Township Annual meeting is held on the 2nd Tuesday during the month of March each year.  This Annual meeting is focused on establishing the annual budget and voting on key initiatives applicable to the governance of the Township

Agenda items must reach the Clerk ( Kathy Schmoeckel 651-439-4120) by the Thursday before the respective meeting.

Planning Commission Meetings

Planning Commission meetings are held at 7:00 pm at the Stillwater Township Hall on the 1st Thursday of each month.

Park Committee Meetings

Park Committee meetings are held at 7:00 pm at the Stillwater Township Hall on the 2nd Monday of each month.  During the winter months this meeting is subject to cancellation.

Communications Committee Meetings

The Communications Committee is the new media link between the Township residents and the events in the Township.  Specifically, this committee is directly integrated with the Stillwater Township Website and Newsletter.

Communications Committee meeting dates and times are still in the process of being formalized.
